The challenge
Toulouse region growing by 12 000 / 19 000 new inhabitants every year. How are we going to welcome, to absorb, all these new Toulousains? Infrastrucure, housing, transport: everything to be re-thought, and we have to begin now.Saint etienne

But that's better than that the region is thinning out (have no idea if that's an english expression :)) isn't it?
If i look at your pics, it looks as if Toulouse must be a very nice place, no wonder people is streaming!!
