If you walk at Toulouse by looking at the sky take care! Five tons of canine dejections strew the streets every day. It is too much! The town hall wishes to make each owners of dog sensitive to this problem. Maybe the owners will become aware of the extent of the problem and will react?

I can understand that people need to walk their dogs and that the dogs must do what they must do. What I cannot understand, is why people let their dogs do their thing on the sidewalk. It simply makes no sense and shows a total lack of regard for others.
C'est drole de parler de déjections canines en nous montrant un si joli petit arbre ! Un rappel qu'il ne fait pas bon regarder en l'air quand on marche dans la rue ? Bien joué !
Ici, les gens se balladent avec un petit sac en plastique et ramassent les crottes de leur chien - TOUJOURS !
