les "Enfants de Don Quichotte"
Along François Verdier Avenue there are tents of the non-profit association "Enfants de Don Quichotte". They are there to bring attention to the needs of Toulouse' homeless. Since december 20, 2006 this association started organized protest along the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris.

I'm not sure I understand this public "protest" - do they make these tents available to the homeless? Or are people with homes sleeping in them to demonstrate that others who are homeless are elsewhere with no tents/shelter?
Hi Carol,
yes they make these tents available to the homeless and some people are sleeping with them. They give them assistance to being taken in consideration by the government.
