I saw this man who taught music at a child in a street. I prefere to say that it is unusual to see this scene in Toulouse. To do this he look like this strange "Goblins" who have no homes and usually live in mossy clefts in rocks and roots of ancient trees, although they never stay very long in the same place...I am still surprised to have seen this scene.
