14th bikes festival
Each years, an association (Association Vélo) organizes this festival to develop and improve the practice of the bicycle in the city. For this special occasion there were thousands of bicycles in the streets. Some of them were very originals.

LOL it's kinda off the track, but where can you buy cheap 2nd hand bicycle in Toulouse??? Like around 40 euro?

I am agree with you Anne. I use my bike everyday. It's very nice especially in the city.
Hellonurse, I don't know a specific store for a 2nd hand bicycle in Toulouse. But the first price for bike (newone) is 80 euros and you find this everywhere!! it's not expensive..
