"Fat Liver"


Foie gras (French for "fat liver") is the best fattened liver of a duck or goose that has been overfed. Along with truffles, foie gras is one of the greatest delicacies in French cuisine. But it is produced by cruel and inhumane farming practices. Ducks raised for foie gras have difficulty standing, walking, and even breathing. Here one of the greatest place of foie gras sale of the town.
