The Beetle

This car has several firsts to its credit. It was the first European car to sell a million vehicles in a year. It was indeed one of the most popular cars to be ever produced. It is more endearing and human than probably any other car.

Roofs & Aerials

This roof is full of aerials. I see, it's the prefecture!! In France, the Préfecture refers to the area over which the Préfet (hugh ranking civil servant who represents the state at the level of the region) has authority. It is where the administrative offices are situated.

Carmen

You can see this painting in the "Opéra du Capitole". It is huge. I advise you to take a look if you can. I think that the girl with the knife is Carmen...Carmen is a French opera by Georges Bizet. The story concerns the eponymous Carmen, a beautiful gypsy with a fiery temper. Not careful with her love, she is responsible for the downfall of many men.

Grand Town Houses

In the 17th and 18th Centuries the land owners of the city built themselves 'hotels' that today act as grand town houses. Due to a shortage of stone, the modern city was built in red brick, giving it the name La Ville Ros, which makes Toulouse a very beautiful and southern-looking city.

To Build Another World

Since the beginning of the présidencielle campaign in France people can hear everywhere that their is no more time to face the ecological climate change disaster. Take it has an opportunity to build another world which will respect human, live and the beauty of our planet earth. Citizens, politicians, scientists, NGOs, associations, indivuduals should act together to face the compexity of the problem. Unfortunately, I don't think that this idea will be so popular after the elections?

An Eye For An Eye, A Tooth For A Thooth

I saw that there are again troubles in uk with our friendly birds. Experts fear the virus, that is back, could mutate at some point in the future, and in its new form trigger a flu pandemic, potentially putting millions of human lives at risk?
