The Poppy

In the summer of 2006 are poppy fields a thing of the past? The poppy (Papaveraceae) was once a familiar sight in the countryside. Its red would be splashed through our cornfields in high summer, colouring the countryside. Over the last 50 years, economic pressures have forced farmers to use fertilizers and herbicides in increasing quantities. Unfortunately, this has led to a decline in poppies and other plants that grow in fields.

The Cloister

I would like to show you since several weeks this photo. This is a small part (20%) of the Augustin's cloister. Nowadays it has been turned into a museum. In my opinion it has an unbelievable architectural beauty. I advise you an imperative visite.

The Wall

Every single day you point your lenses toward every single corner of our world and somehow make the mundane mesmerizing through your eye. It's all a matter of being aware of your surroundings and realizing that there are some really amazing and interesting things to look at, even if it may just be something so simple as a wall being covered up by paint.

For Books lovers

"Jean Pierre" is a book dealer in "Place des Carmes". I do not think that he is retired from the police force or something like that to pursue his passion with books! He has a lot of detective novel and he advice very well around that. He has a large collection of differents books too.

The Fast Rabbit..

For instance, in animal one parent is male and the other female, and their children are either male or female, not a mixture of the two traits. On the other hand a child might have her father’s eye colour, and her mother’s hair colour. I can not imagine who are its parents??? Do you have an idea?

Right to the church

Toulouse faced a potentially make-or-break match against the leaders Stade Français (Paris team) yesterday evening. The match has been played at the Stade of Toulouse, scene of Toulouse's de-bagging by Leinster a fortnight ago. Before the match I suspect that some people went to the church to try to influence the game (look at the photo). Fortunatly toulouse won the match. (Toulouse 15 /Paris 0).
